Visited after the WWE Monday Night Raw event and it was one of the spots open later on a Monday. The service was good. The atmosphere was cool. The pizza was AMAZING! My son had the "all the way" pizza and I had the "garden" pizza with the herb garlic base. It was so good that I door dashed it to me the following day. Thanks for making my taste buds happy.

I had such a weird experience here. I’d never show up to an establishment knowing they’re about to close.my friends and I (3 of us) arrived here at 11:28pm google says they close at 2am and let’s just say they didn’t want us there and it showed .. they even told us they were closing at 12am and gave us limited choices for the menu (cool) but it was the weird small plastic cups they used for our drinks .. I look around other tables had glasses (that came after us).. all that for even more ppl to come right behind them (a whole table ). And they obviously didn’t not close at 12am. We left maybe 12:10am just off the vibe alone. I would have left sooner if I wasn’t waiting for my tab .

The nachos were disappointing. The nacho meat tasted like it was mixed with pizza sauce instead of traditional nacho seasoning, and the flavor just didn’t work. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy them.

Went here Friday at 5 PM to get some food before the downtown Norfolk First Friday’s event. It was our first time trying Chicho’s, so we were standing by the door for a little bit before we were actually told that we could just seat ourselves. I’m not really a fan of this seating style because we waited a good little minute for a server to notice we were seated and finally bring menus to our table; though they were really just standing around not doing anything. Once we did get a server’s attention and finally got menus, I would say that the service or specifically our server, he was really attentive and friendly. I must note that I did notice while we were dining, a couple came in and sat themselves and waited for a good while for a server to notice them, which never happened, so they eventually got up and left. To drink: I got the Cucumber Cooler and the Impeachable Crush (3/10) both drinks just straight up tasted like juice / flavored soda with absolutely no alcohol in them at all. Completely got no buzz from them, so I was very disappointed in the drinks I had. Upon looking around the room, I guess maybe their cocktails and crushes aren’t their specialties, as everyone mostly

I love coming to Chicho’s Backstage! The food is always really good, but the service is what keeps me coming back. The daytime bartender, Sheena, is phenomenal. She’s friendly, attentive, and always makes the experience great. She’s honestly the reason I keep going back. Highly recommend!
